Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers’ quality and budget requirements
Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production
Arrange sample submission to customers for approval
Handle merchandising related documents
Draft sample instruction, check sample dimension
Negotiate price & timeline, prepare cost sheet and T&A
Co-operate with Design Team in product development and provide information about production situation
Update market situation with Design Team
Manage of development and orders, follow up production and the delivery time frames
Price negotiation, sourcing suppliers to meet requirements and advance cost effectiveness
Communicate and prepare meeting with suppliers/buyers for customers
Based on seasonal concepts and theme to recommend collection to designers / customers
Manage the sourcing business of the customer
Understand the customer needs and requirements, develop an effective sourcing strategy
Ensure that shipping and sampling shelves are stocked at all times
Distribute completed sample requests to the appropriate managers
Perform other duties as assigned by Management

A minimum of 5 years sourcing experience in seasonal , familiar with seasonal safety & regulation
Solid experience in product development and order follow up with oversea clients and factories
Solid experience in the EU market, preferably with Trading / Buying Office Background
Self- motivated, detail-minded, flexible, well-organized, energetic and efficient
Need to be able to work under pressure, be very clear-minded to handle multi-tasks and project details
Ability to work independently and good problem solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
Proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese
Occasional travel is required
Immediate available is highly preferred
